In order to build an addin for ACT, I need a way to simulate the click of a button in ACT contact window. A free trial version of ACT may be downloaded from http://www.act.com. The button is the layout button which is located on the "status bar" of the contact window. This is the button named "Contact Layout 2000 (new)" on this screenshot: [url removed, login to view],64 The program will need to simulate a click of this button which will make a dropdown appear, allow the automatic selection of one of the item (the item name will be a soft-coded parameter of the program) and close the dropdown. The result will be a layout change. All of this needs to happen in the background (user would not see the list appear, etc.).
