I want to have a program that will allow me to enter into [url removed, login to view] a zip code, a city, or a neighborhood, just as it currently exists. Then the part I want coded is to allow me to enter a percentage (%) for example 25% and then have [url removed, login to view] display ONLY the properties that are for sale and listed at 25% or LESS that the Zestimate® price of zillow .com. the field for the % should be an input filed that can accept any value between 1% and 100%.
The output can be the easiest way to code. It could be a simple list with all the addresses that meet the criteria with the zestimate and the list price included, or it could be the regular [url removed, login to view] display that shows all the properties that meet the criteria on a map. Again, this is whatever is easier to code. As long as I have a list of the properties with the values, and the addresses, that is all I require. It probably would be easier to maintain the normal code and just exclude the properties that do not meet the requirements. But I have not looked at the code myself, so I am not sure. However to write out a list would require additional code rather than a simple if statement so that is my educated guess.
