Design basic CRM for us on MS Excel or SQL or Sugar CRM(which ever is easy in maintenance and low cost).

My main Requirements are:-

1. It should have search Option,( to search existing numbers)

2. New entries and editing existing entries

3. Should have option to extract report in xl or csv

4. It should be designed in a way that upto 10 user can use at the same time(currently we have 5)
