We are looking to create a bot that can publish free ads on a web portal.

each time the bot should run with another i.p. so it can always get the free ad which is limited to one per i.p.

Please note you understand the scope of the work, DO not bid if you dont know what I need made.

Milestone payments will be awarded at end of the completion after product has been tested via a screen share team viewer meeting.
