I need some back end programming for a real estate advertising website.? The graphics and webpage is done, just need the programming.?

I need a program for? agents to login and upload their listings, contact information and pictures and make changes 24/7 and every 4 weeks to go in and select the ads they want printed, and those selections are given to me to put into a magazine using Adobe InDesign.

I need someone who is creative and can help? me come up with a solution and professional website, please do not bid if you are not willing to work with me cause I will need lots of revisions until this project is complete and done 100% to my satisfaction.
