Custom Support Center script | zend framework

Hello-
I need a custom support center where the visitors at my website can submit support tickets.
It should have these fields:
* name
* priority
* subject
Then there will be ratio buttons/dropdown menu, sales, support, returns, wholesale
then an text area.
My admin area is not on the sites domain which is also zend framework.
So, when the user submits a ticket they will have a link emailed to them where they can view the support area. They can close the ticket as well.
It should track ip and browser info and all the support tickets will be saved.
As an admin I should be able to find tickets submitted by ip address. Of course reply and close.. reopen. just the same as the user.. but I want to track who's submitting these.
should use recapacha to match the website as well, but only when submitting a ticket, not replying.
We will be notified by email notifications and I should be alerted in my admin panel.
Requirements:
YOU MUST KNOW ZEND FRAMEWORK. I DON'T WANT TO PAY YOU TO REDO THE WEBSITE IN NORMAL PHP.
