Clone functionality of children's edu-tainment site

Looking to develop a website with functionality similar to [www kerpoof dot com][1] ? a website for children to create multimedia like pictures, movies, storybooks and play simple word learning games.

**PLEASE DO NOT BID to develop a full website.** **THIS PROJECT is ONLY to clone the site's main "multimedia" functionality:**

* Spell a Picture, Make a Movie, Make a Drawing, etc

(located in middle of homepage)

**Important Note**: All content and UI will be changed to a language reading RTL ? so clone must be coded to enable easy use in building a new website with RTL layout. Experience in websites in non-English RTL languages (for example, Arabic) is big plus!!

Only bid the actual cost for total project. Bidders must check functionality of Kerpoof dot com before bidding. Please do not bid if you are not able to do it!

**All bidders must answer this question:** What technology/language would you use to develop clone of this website and its functionality (explain reasons)? Please provide answer in your bid.

Must show that desired functions work in live demo (on Developer's host site) prior to acceptance as complete. Developer will correct all errors prior to accepting Project as complete.

**PLEASE NOTE:** We do not pay for unfinished work. If you do not deliver Project at end of agreed deadline you get no money.

**More work may follow to build out website if these results are good and affordable.**

We will use escrow and will only pay once coding is complete and tested. We do not accept Coders without References.
