Here is the project:
A) A front end page should be designed as 7th tab (Say Admin or Back Office Login) in addition to existing 6 tabs namely 1) Lead generation 2) Our company of choice 3) Group support site 4) Total Picture 5) Contact me 6) Want a site like this
B) This front end page should show customer details in a tabular form . Customer details includes name, email, phone, site visit date & time, 48hr clock, Send email (auto responder) check box, Called prospect check box, Joined check box & a comment box.
C) This page needs to have restricted access. This means login page required.
D) When someone checks the "send email" box, an email needs to go to the corresponding customer. I will provide content for email.
E ) After sending an email, the person in the back office will still be on the same page but a pop window will say that email has been sent.
F) Color of each row or name of the person should change as per the clock and join status changes. For instance - when a person inputs their personal info into the "password request" page on the site that inforamtion goes immediately into the backoffice. Once there the row or name of the person is green and the clock starts counting down from the "48" hour mark. Once the clock reaches the "24" hour mark the row or name turns yellow. When the clock reaches zero (0) the row or name turns red. Now if the "joined" box is checked anytime during the 48 hour period the name or row will turn blue.
G ) All changes should be saved in database.
H) When someone logs out the Login page should be displayed.
All of this should be in PHP format.
We need the back office to have the look and feel of the site: [url removed, login to view]
And we already have the database formatted for what we are doing now but it may need to be touched up because of this project.

## Deliverables
A couple of things:
1) I have attached a sample template for a visual reference. It's rough but the best I could do in a short time.
2) I need to keep the backoffice seperate from the main site. In other words when the person goes to this page: [url removed, login to view] to get the password for their "tour" of the site they will end up at this page:[url removed, login to view] This is where they will enter their password to take the "tour". It's during the tour that we don't want them to have access to the backoffice. It needs to be secure during that tour. I will create a screen capture video that will do the tour of the backoffice and post it in the tour area of the site.
3) Also do we need to create a page that allows them to set up their own username and password and then have that information emailed to them?
4) And finally, there is a security problem on the site now. You can click any tab and have access to the tabs contents. All except one which is the "group support site" tab. We need this fixed during this project.
5) We need to maintain the look and feel of the site ([url removed, login to view]) in the backoffice.
