Add “Date_of_Registration” field to MFT_Intern_Website table
Add “Date_of_Registration” field to Counselor_Intern_Website table
Add “Date_of_License” field to LPC table
Add “Date_of_Renewal” field to LPC table
Add “Date_of_License” field to LMFT_Website table
Add “Date_of_Renewal” field to LMFT_Website table

We now have six individual searches for: LPC, CI, LPC Supervisor, LMFT, MFT Intern and LMFT Supervisor. We want to just have one (1) search that keys off of one of the above list selections. The default selection will be “Please Select” or similar. The current website scripts display the data based on what information that individual has requested to display on the website. The “Display on Website” field in each table is either set to HOME or WORK.
The above new fields would also be displayed along with the current fields. Added to the end.

Update Admin Area:
Add “List LMFTs”
Add “Add LMFT”
Please use the same format for the script that we use to list and add a LPC.
I will edit the main menu system to reflect the changes once they are written and tested.
