Dear Freelancers,
Thank you for taking the time to review this project. We are looking for a highly competent team to continue the work leftover by an incompetent team that we've experienced. We need a team that can work under pressure, get the job done as quickly as possible (deadline of 1.2 weeks) and can directly communicate with us during the process.
We have created thus far, but incompletely, a database that handles event-related entries. The secretary will use this database to coordinate, plan, and facilitate ongoing communication within her team and beyond to notify others to take part in events hosted by the company she works for. Previously, the secretary used to do this manually, but we are creating this database to help her automate the process.
The database consists of 6 elements that are interconnected with each other (Events, Addresses, Presentations, Fixed Events, Correspondence, Logbook). The secretary will enter addresses of relevant people into the system, those people may be the ones giving presentations at an event. Naturally, she needs to automatically create a PDF output for several things (sending confirmations, viewing events in calendar design, events in relation with fixed events, etc...). There are a total of 7 PDFs, currently we have 3 completed (but they have errors in them that require fixing).
We have several detailed documents about how we want this to work, so we have answered pretty much all of your questions there. If you would like to see a demo, please contact us.
