Auto facebook app creator

I need a script or software to make 1000s facebook apps a day.

It needs to be able to run all automatically doing the following things:

Login and logout of each facebook account and change the the Hide My Ass VPN proxy for each new account and automatically clear browser coockies if possible.

It then needs to make 50+ apps on each account and bypass the captcha and enter all the details required for that job.

It then needs to copy the app id and key and place them into a file that i can access.

The admin panel needs to allow me to enter each facebook account or upload a csv file. It needs to let me input number of apps to create and input all app fields like app name , canvas url, privacy settings, advanced tab setting etc...
