On our website we have an option to set images as 'Strict'. When an image is considered strict, the user has to be a certain age to view said image. We'd like an option where even if the user is old enough to view the image, they can still disable mature content.
We'd like it by default to be censored and up to the user's discretion whether they'd like it enabled or not.
Below is a simple mock-up of how the administrators would like it to appear:
