Convert this VisualC++ code to work on Red Hat

I have have the following code that is attached. I need it to work on Linux Red Hat with a few other options. It's job is to connect the msSQL database for a list of ips that will be in a file and then check a list of usernames and passwords against the database. This will save me time checking that my clients don't have easy to guess passwords.
_Must be able to :_
- Accept a list of IPs it will try to connect to (msSQL).
- Try to connect using a user list and try each username with each password in a password list. Must be able to check for a null password.
- Output any vulnerable hosts to a csv file, example:
* ip,host,user,pass
127.0.0.1,[url removed, login to view],user,pass
*- Scan at a speed as fast as the internet connection allows.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Must work on my Linux Red Hat system and perform in the way I require.
