1) Remebering the last IU (user interface) look and settings (by using a cookie and IP address of the user) for users is not working. Remembering of each user's last UI settings and look should happen in all situations including at each user's next login and page reload or refresh.

2) A <div> tag is not being refreshed properly upon form submission (form submission by ajax works 100% though).

A knowledgeable programmer can have this done quickly.
