Replace Flash with Image on iPhone or iPad

Our company [ [url removed, login to view] ] have a flash animation on our home and About us page.
We require a solution (maybe an If Statment) so that if a browser from a smart phone or an iPad visits our website it replaces it with an image.
Note: We do not want mobile optimization.
We will require the image at the same size as the flash animation.
The website has been created with Joomla and we have a WHM C-panel login, on our server.
NOTE: We are not after the cheapest quote - just interested in a developer that is supremely confident with the job and is trustworthy !
