Closed social platform to share objects in circles - phase 2

Create five forms which ask questions, and the output is a visual post in a closed social network, similar to Google+, developed in phase 1 of this project ([url removed, login to view])

The five forms are these:

1. "How to" - A step by step form, with option to upload media files attached to it. The result of the form is a designed flow-diagram, displaying the flow and content of the "How to".

2. "Where is" - A form which allows someone to show how to get to something - integrates pinpointing location on mapping service and allows to add text/audio/pictures/video to instructions. The result of the form is directions with all data added.

3. "I am"- A text form with option to add media files and/or links. The result of the form is a designed "ID Card".

4. "Who is" - A text form with option to add media files and/or links. The result of the form is a designed "ID Card".

5. "What is" - A text form with option to add media files and/or links. The result of the form is a designed item (out of list), with bubbles connected to it and containing the content of the "What is".

Full specification and detailing of forms, with code of similar examples, will be sent to selected provider.
