Our client requires an adult cam-chat website with the following specifications: • Visitors without user account or without credit will be ableto cam-chat with a girl for a maximum period of 4 minutes • When a visitor wants an erotic cam-achat he will need to be a registered user and have enough credit in his account • The user should be able to add credit to his account through Paypal payment(s). He gets 7000 second-credits for $30 or 3000 second-credits for $15. When a transaction is completed, the credits should be automatically added to the user’s account • When the user is in cam-chat with a girl and he wants to start the erotic-cam-chat, he will click a button to start the timer, the girl will see that the timer is activated and is free to engage in the erotic cam-chat • Both on the user-end as on the cam-girl’s end, the webcam signals should stream to the website to enable the cam-chats between both parties • The cam-girls will need a seperate section in which they will be able to update their profile, upload pictures, check statistics • The girls are paid out a fixed amount per fully completed minute, $ 0,16, the months totals should also be visible on their statistics page • Also needed is a seperate signup page for new cam-girls • The site needs to be designed and developed in PHP and Flash.
