I need a custom Wordpress template created based off the attached image. I will provide access to the control panel/FTP and all relevant images.
You will need to be versed in the following:
HTML
CSS
Mail Integration with mail chimp
Notes: Image at the top of the site changes every 7 seconds
There is a custom note in a box that will be above the comments that is not pictured.
Most Popular Box will have blog entry titles.
Blog image for entries will be circular instead of square.
