Hello, we need an agency website designed similar (not a clone but take key notes from their designs) to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and advertise.com. We will also need the designer to do future updates. Site will probably run from 25-30 pages. You will need to provide some royalty free gif/jpegs and photos. Site can be based on a template design with header and footer where’s the center changes based on content. We will require a draft of the homepage to insure the project is on course.
I like how content is placed between the header and footer for text-link-ads, possibly a template along these lines.
We may require some adjustments on the fly but it’s a pretty straight forward project as all the ones we list.
We do not require anytime type of publisher or advertising programming like those sites. WE just need the web site design, email setup, some linking and possibly authorize and paypal set up if we plan to take any type of payments.
Please list your web site work completed, esp sites for marketing, advertising, sales and business sites. We need to see how well you organize a site to sell to customers and businesses for your client.
We are looking for someone creative with good designs and full understanding of xml, html, php, etc., everything necessary for a successful webstie.

Here is a correction: We don't mean template as in out the box cheap template design, mean custom design and build the site around that design.
