I am looking for web designer who have experience in PHP to work with one of my currently programmer. This site you are about to bid the work for is "Predict the Bracket" where individuals can register for an account and then play the game (for free or for prize). The game is to predict who will be a winner of each round of tournament bracket and the points are earned if you pick your winner. In the end, user with most points win prize. You will be responsible to develop graphic for introduction, interface, and login/password. In additional to all above, you will also work with programmer in creating a link that will be created when admin create a bracket. If you have any questions, please post your question at the forum.
