Browser based Uploading System using ActiveX

We require a uploading mechnanism with which we would like the users to drag and drog files into the browser screen which they wish to upload. The system should immediately recognize image files and show small thumbnails for them. After which when the user clicks to upload, the upload process (progress bar) is displayed with accurate updates. The end result will be given to a PHP file (which we already have developed) which will handle the rest of the work. for referrence try using ofoto dot com.
That system is developed in ActiveX though if you can do the same in Flash/Shockwave, we will more than welcome it.

We will pay only once seeing a demo (you can show it on your website). We do not require source code, though it is preferable.
We require exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Though we can work on price for this.
