Design touch up with CSS for dynamic table with working backend

Please see attached picture to understand the scope of this little project.

The top "befor" shows the existing table which is PHP/MySQL and Ajax driven with dynamic content

The bottom "after" shows how this table should look like.

The newly created styles must have the following effects:

* 2 states for the 3 graphics above the radio buttons (selected/not selected)

(these graphics should also be smaller than in the sample. The 3 particular graphics themselves will be provided in gif or jpg format.

* 3 states for the tabs (not selected, rollover and selected)

* 2 states for the buttons (up/down)

The width of the whole table must be between 400 and 420 pixels.

Table properties (eg. creating new cells or changing size of the cells) may have to be altered which is part of the work scope.

The work scope includes:

* the creation of gif images where applicable (eg. to create tab looks & buttons)

* the creation of an external CSS style sheet

* the integration/application of the styles including effects in the working table
