This is an enhancement of an existing application that has been worked on by a previous coder who is unable to finish the project. Therefore, you can't be squeamish about mucking around in someone else's code. The project is query and report intensive and will require some UI work as well; but, the majority of the project is fixing and modifying reports and their underlying queries. There will also be some structural changes required to a couple of underlying tables. the underlying data will need to be converted and stored in the new table(s). I ned an Access coder who is an EXPERT at Access reports and queries. If you're not an expert level Access coder, please don't submit a bid. I will be glad to send requirements documentation and the Access databases to you for evaluation purposes if serious about bidding on the project. This is one of those projects that will require flexability and creativity from the coder. This project is time-sensitive and must be completed in a relatively short time-span.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
