ASP.NET Theme/Skin Change Page for Site Administrators

I have written a web site using Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition which includes an area for the site administrator to log in and change content (it's a simple CMS). One thing I want the administrator to be able to do is to select the site theme/skin from a drop-down list in the administrator area and have that selection applied to all site visitors.
The site uses themes and master pages and I don't mind typing the new theme names into the drop-down list code when I create new themes. It is very similar to the standard Personal Web Site Starter Kit download from the Microsoft web site. The administrator pages are in a seperate folder which has restricted access.
I assume that the theme selection will need to be stored in a database so that it can be applied to all users. The database I am using is MS SQL 2005 format created through WVD 2005 Express.
I'm sure this will be a simple task for somebody who know's what they are doing!
## Deliverables
Deliverables for this project are simply this:
1. Fully functional sample pages including an administrator page with drop-down list box for theme selection and some sample pages to show that the selection works
2. A sample database for storing the theme selection
3. Clear instructions in how to modify my existing database, i.e. what tables and fields to create etc.
4. Clear instructions on what code to put where. i.e. what code to put on each content page and the master page
5. The pages need to be editable in Visual Web Developer 2005 Express and also the database.
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This is a web solution that should be compatible with as many browsers as possible.
For development I must be able to use Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition.
