Data Gathering

Please look at the website [[url removed, login to view]][1] , and go to the Member's Directory Link, then select "Members Directory" from the dropdown.

The first link you should see on this page is "Regular Freight Forwarding Members". Please click on this link.

You should see a list of about 220 companies, starting with A&A Contract Customs Brokers Ltd.

I need someone to go through all 220 links and gather the following information for me:

Address - split into the following fields: Street Address, City, Province, Postal Code

Telephone

Fax

Toll Free

Toll Free Fax

Website

Email

Company Contacts - please gather the displayed name, plus the title if it is shown, plus the email address if an email link is shown.

Please gather only the first 3 contacts if there are more than 3 contacts.

Note: If I have missed any fields, I would also like to gather those.

Please advise if you plan to do this work manually or by writing a program to do it.

I would like to receive this data in an Excel spreadsheet with one row for each company in the list.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
