Customization & little development project in a Prestashop Ecommerce - [Check PDF]

I need an experienced developer can develop in Prestashop group improvements I describe in the attached PDF at ( [url removed, login to view] ) , also attached right here in freelancer.

I will assign the project to the lowest bidder, to be developed in less time and with a portfolio with proven experience in Prestashop.

Final customization must be EXACTLY as attached PSD's, will be sent to winner developer at start.
