bid beater for auction site,want to be the earlest to bid after auction starts

I am registered on an auction website, I have to select the price I am going to bid which is affected by several factors. I can either buy up to 25% of the deal available at the price parameters I choose, If these are beaten by other bidders then I am knocked out. Or I can buy at the price parameters that are set down by the website. if I choose these then my bid has to be accepted if places in time. The auction finishes at a definite time. The problem is that I am constantly beaten on time, my bids arrive milliseconds to late and the auction is finished by the time the website receives my bid. I need some simple software that will get my bid to the website first and secure my position .
