CMS using ASP.NET AJAX and MS SQL

We need a content management system developed for this site :

The site will be developed using ASP.NET with AJAX and MS SQL

There are? 3 main sections which require CMS :

1) Latest News on home page

2) Portfolio section

3) Services

Results for 'contact us' and 'newsletter' will be stored in the admin
