Basic Flash Video site

We want a simple flash video site where users can browse through a catalog of videos available and play videos in a similar way as in youtube.

There is no need of sharing videos, user subscription system, etc...

We will need a web control panel to upload the movies and manage the list of videos available.

We want videos to be displayed in a similar way as in youtube, with same quality and functionalities in a flash video player.

A simple, good web design is needed.

The site can not be in Flash. Only the Flash video player must be in Flash.

## Deliverables

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in complete source code of all work done.

Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
