ASP Form to Excel Issues

Two forms are attached. One works perfectly 'exportworkordersall' and the other does not work. I took the first form that works and added a date range to it (creating 'exportworkordersgroup') and when I submit the form I get a message that the form cannot execute because it's already open by another application. All I want is to be able to apply a date range to the first form. If I have to do this some other way let me know, please code it up and I will test it on my site. If I can do this with two forms, the first form defining the date range and the second form generating the spreadsheet that would be fine.
