ASP Cart with Monthly Billing using [login to view URL]

This is a shopping cart for a website selling primarily an electronic good (a financial report (PDF’s) on a monthly subscription ??" but it may need to sell hard goods at a later date. The site and financial tool are built (by me in ASP/VB SCRIPT/JSCRIPT/SQL 2000), I just need someone to come in an implement a cart solution. Here’s the specs:
1. You can start with whatever cart you wish, but it must be integrated into the current site (ie ??" looks like it’s part of the current site) and can use [url removed, login to view] to confirm credit carts in real time (we have the [url removed, login to view] account set up).
2. Code needs to be written to integrate the monthly subscriptions into our current user database. The credit card database/tables will be separate from the current user tables/DB, but we need to know if someone’s subscription is canceled, etc. You will be in charge of this integration. In other words, if someone is confirmed through their credit card, we need to know in our user database that this is so and allow them access to the site. There should also be an easy way for them to cancel their subscriptions.
3. This cart should also be able to sell durable goods at some point if necessary, but the primary good will be access to the site to run as many reports as they wish during their subscription period. Username/Password, etc is generated when they sign up for the site, and I do not want to have to make them create another username/password for the cart (lots of carts have this as a feature, but if we use a username/password for the cart they shouldn’t have to reinput it, could be brought over using session variables if necessary).
4. The timeline on this is pretty tight ??" we need to launch by July 1, so we need to be testing this cart by June 28th latest. This means, if you’ve never done a cart with [url removed, login to view] before, forget about bidding on this ??" I want to use a codebase I know works and you’ve implemented previously.
5. Code should be well-commented VBscript if it needs to be edited later. We are running a .net server.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
