Create editable PDF forms that can be saved

I require 26 pages worth of editable pdf forms to be designed and completed.
The fields include text boxes, tick boxes, drop down menus and some code to add numbers and place into another field.
The forms are related around financial applications. The fields will capture names, addresses, phone numbers, dollar amounts, percentages, etc.
Must be able to compile and complete pdf forms with prefilled drop downs for users to click and select options.
Must be able to have check boxes that can be checked and un-checked.
The pdfs already exist, however require some slights changes and variations.
PDFs are to be dynamic when entering in numbers it will have to simple additions and division to work out the difference and/or percentage and automatically place into another text box.
PDFs should be able to be saved and store the entered data.
