Hi, I want somebody (freelancer or a company) who can do that job:

I have a HTML file (with styles, without JS (if it is supported - let me know)). I want that file to be converted to the Adobe Indesign format (HTML <-> XML <-> Adobe InDesign, I think it is the correct way. I don't know, maybe there is other way). That solution will be used in the ASP.NET MVC 3 project.

What I require:

- the two-way file conversion

- documentation (how to use that project and what software or libraries should I have installed to get this worked on the server side)
