ASP.NET developer in Vietnam

We are actively looking for an experienced ASP.NET developer that would work on various ASP.NET projects both as maintenance of already existing applications, as well as new development.
The position requires constant interaction in English.
Since there are quite a few applications to keep track of, the learning curve of the environment will take at least a couple of weeks (the training will be both in Vietnamese and English). Given this, we need somebody that will be committed to a long term relationship, and be very proactive (understand issues, propose solutions, explain alternatives). We also need somebody that has a high level of proficiency in programming, and is eager to learn new skills. Constant communication is essential.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team. You will be asked to have the same availability to communicate through skype (or other means) as if you were on site.
Start dates would be almost immediate upon acceptance and signing of the contract.

The basic skillset required is:
- good English verbal and written communication
- attention to detail and proactive issue resolution
- at least 2 years experience in web based development using ASP.NET
- HTML, CSS
- Query, Javascript, Ajax
- OO programming and ability to create documentation
