Write an iPhone IOS and Android Application in Ionic.

We need the services of a specialist in Ionic.
The GUI and API has been developed already and both need to be integrated in Ionic. The project will be developed in conjunction with our programmer and designer to streamline the process and completion.
Basic functions of the application:
-Must work in IOS and Android
-Calls using local number, 3G and WiFi network
-Send SMS using our already developed API.
-Sending Mobile Recharges using our already developed API.
-Show Call History and Payment History using our already developed API.
-Access to Contacts and Creation of new ones
-Profile Settings using our already developed API.
-Payments using Paypal and Credit Card using our already developed API.
-Publishing the App to GooglePlay and App Store.
Applicant Requirements:
-Specializes in Ionic framework.
-Availability of 4 hours per day
-Telephone communication
-Skype Communication.
-Project must be completed in 20 days.
