Develop a Fitness iPhone App

I would like a fitness app developed for the iphone similar to a few that are already out on the market with a few customizations.
It should be a simple and light weight app that has the ability to easily add on for heavy development and integration down the road. But I would like to start simple first.
-Some of the apps this should be modeled after would be AcheiveMint (very simple interface and UI), but would like to add a few more features like having a community feed for all activities of users like you see on Pact.
-Have a profile of a user that you can follow.
-Display leaderboards of users in their community, city, age group, etc.
-Should integrate automatic tracking with all the fitness tracking devices like apple watch, fitbit, and platforms like dailymile, myrunkeeper, etc.
