I would like to connect individuals with restaurants in a unique way. Need both iPhone and android apps.
Will require both front and back end development. Although the back-end should for starting out be relatively simple using other platforms.
Local app developers (Chicago or Seattle) are preferred, but will certainly stay open to the possibility of collaborating over distance.
Regarding the budget: I have a few budget options in mind, I just can't choose anything except the custom budget option.
