App with offline map and wiki + backend-tool

Code an iOS-App for tourists where they can use an offline map and offline wikipedia for a specific city. The backend tool to download the data and make it available for customer-download has to be coded as well.
Backend:
Choose a language from a hardcoded list of languages (can be edited via FTP). Example: "English"
Enter a cityname and url of the main wikipedia article for that city. Content to be stored. Example "Rome" and "[login to view URL]"
Enter geo coordinates (box) of the area for which map an articles have to be stored.
Store openstreetmap data from within the box (see above) and wikipedia articles (buildings, historic, and some other selected types only) with no photos from within the box.
Enter a list of Headlines and pdfs to be stored. Example "Bus Plan" and "[login to view URL]"
Add city to list of cities for the selected language. All content should be stored in one zipped file.
App:
App has three tabs/icons. One is a plus-icon, which leads to the screen A. One is a book-icon which leads to screen B. One is a world-icon which leads to screen C. One is a questionmark that leads to screen D.
Initial screen:
The following text is shown "This app allows you to download a map and wikipedia content for a city you are travelling to for OFFLINE-USE."
Screen A:
First dropdown allows to select a language. Example "Deutsch, English, Francais, ..."
Once a language is selected a list below shows all cities available for that language and the filesize. Example "Roma (55MB), Paris (45MB), ..."
A download-button below starts the download.
A text below says: "Are you missing a city? Let us know and we will add it!" A link opens an email editor with prefilled recipient emailaddress and subject.
A text at the bottom says: "Offline content for a city can be viewed and tested for one hour. To use it longer you have to buy the premium account to support software development and download servers."
Screen B:
The downloaded city content can be accessed:
Headline shows City name. Below the main wikipedia article and all other article Headlines in alphabetical order. Distance to current location is shown for each headline. List can be sorted by alphabet and by distance.
Clicking on an article headline opens the screen that shows the downloaded wikipedia article. A marker Icon at the end of the article opens the map with the marker centered.
Screen C:
Screen has a map view that shows the downloaded map with markers for the downloaded Wiki-articles. The current location of the user is shown on the map with a view direction indicator (so the customer knows in which direction he is looking.
Clicking on a marker opens the screen that shows the downloaded wikipedia article.
Screen D:
Some static content like imprint, FAQ, and email-contact.
I have a server to store the content that is cached by amazon.
Screen B and C show a popup, showing the time left if no premium package was bought and a link to buy it via apple in-app. "You have 33 minutes left to decide if you want to keep using the offline content. Buy now."
