Converting Mobile Site to iPhone App

We need an experience iOS developer to create an iPhone app that display the content of a fixed mobile site.
The fixed mobile site is not user changeable, that's hardcoded into the app itself.
Providing the site has a fixed structure, it would be best if the app can capture the target site data and rearrange according to the app design.
In analogy, it is similar to safari but limited to 1 site or tapatalk app which in this case it is dealing with forums or something like XDA forum app.
This shouldn't be an app that gets data from scrapping method.
Please provide us with your example of iOS app with a URL to the mobile site of your app. These type of example is crucial as we want developers with the same experience to develop this app.
