Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a mobile application. It will be something like "Instagram". The general idéa is:

* Users can only take and publish photos from their smartphone's caméra (thay can not use the photos found in the smartphone)

* Everyone who has an account can see everyones photos (not only friends)

* People can "like" or "comment" a photo.

* There will be classifications (ex: nature, trips, etc), where we can see photos from only a category, and we can choose some filters (ex: most viewed photos first)

I have limited budget, so please don't abuse on prices.
