Develop Automatic Mobile App Builder & Submitter

We would like a software application developed which will automatically build mobile apps for iPhone and Android.

The software will operate on a Windows Server, use MS SQL Database, and preferably Dot Net, .ASP, etc..

Absolutely No PHP !! No mySQL !! No Linux !!

The software will be web based but will run by accepting files required for the mobile app via a webservice which will transfer the files to the application, then the application will execute automatically to create the mobile app, and store the app on the server with a link to the app stored in the database.

If you have experience with developing mobile apps, or have developed a similar application, then we would like to hear from you immediately.
