Android Application Integrated To Facebook & Twitter

We are looking for experienced Android developer to assists us in developing a mobile application integrated to Facebook and Twitter. The application has the following functions
1. Post text, picture and link from mobile application to Facebook wall and Twitter
2. For Facebook, check number of like and share for the wall post together with the date of each like and share. Retrieve all comments for the wall post
3. For Twitter, check number of retweet and favorite together with the date of each retweet/favorite. Retrieve all replies for the tweet
4. Upload the statistic to our server via API provided by us. The statistic retrieval and upload should work as background service so user doesn't need to access the app to upload the data
This is first phase of the project and mainly to evaluate the developer capability and ability to deliver on time. There will be subsequent phase shall developer deliver good job. Only apply if you have done similar application integrated to Facebook and Twitter.
