Need Magento developer urgently

This project is not for companies. This project is only for individual freelancers/for a small group. I am not interested in hiring any company for this project.
You need to recode present site [url removed, login to view] and as I am already a developer, you need to work under me in order to finish this site. Present site have everything we need, but it's code is messy and takes much time to load. We want to make new version for the features we have in existing site but to server more people with less resources. (Site is based on Magento)
So, basically, we will recode everything but to serve at high speed. Please check site [url removed, login to view] So you should be able to write logics which can serve more than 500 requests at a time. Code must run with out any problem. Present site can't serve more than 250 queries a min. It is not because of the server resources, it is because of the poor coding adopted by previous developer. We have the highest available server from hostgator.
We already had new design ready except few modifications. We have all required plugins. Also, it is not a problem to buy any plugin if we want. But I think there is no suitable plugins for our needs. So we have to develop them.
You must be available through skype/gtalk when you are working on our project. Also, assigned tasks should be completed in the time quoted by you.
How we will work:
1. I will assign a task to you. You will quote time required for completion of task. and then you will return finished task with in the time along with hours worked. ( We need quick turnaround.)
2. You will get paid upon completion of all tasks. I will discuss with you what tasks you need to complete before awarding the project.

This project is already getting delayed. We already hired two freelancers who are unable to finish this as we want it. This is the third time we are hiring. So please ignore us if you can't provide proper communication through out the project or if you can't built extensions which can serve large queries at a time.
Expected work hours are between about 100 hours but we need to finish this project as fast as we can. (If you can't deliver what we need, we will stop contract in less hours. Continuity till project completion only by providing quality output and proper communication.)
