We have one tiny issue to fix: our postage cost is currently £2.50/bag up to £10.

After £10, it's free delivery. But, many customer buy 2 or3 bags and are very unhappy with the price structure, so we would like to change it to:

£2.50 for the first bag, then £1.00 per bag after that up to £10, after which it is free.

So, we need a Freelancer Magento expert to go in and make the required change.
