Hiring Technical Lead Staff for Web Hosting Company

We are a web hosting company specializing in providing shared/reseller hosting, and unmanaged VPS hosting (OpenVZ/KVM).
We are looking to add a Technical Lead staff to our team. Your responsibility in this role would be to oversee our existing support team (review them periodically and ensure quality), and to handle any escalated tickets. Escalated tickets are pre sales questions, sales/billing related inquiries, upgrading services, etc.
The candidate we’re seeking out should live and breathe web hosting, and be passionate. You should be familiar with WHMCS, SolusVM, cPanel/WHM, and know the difference between OpenVZ and KVM virtualization technologies. You should also understand what IPv4 and IPv6 is.
We are a small hosting company. This will not require your full/undivided attention as a full time job would, so this job is very much “part time” - schedule/working times are flexible/open.
This is not a ONE TIME TASK, or a "set it and forget it" type of job. This is an actual position and your responsibilities will be somewhat fluid. We are looking to hire you on a fixed monthly salary, and you would start off at $100 per month. While the hours are very flexible as we are a small, yet growing hosting company, we would expect you to get the job done and be online at least a couple hours per day, so please also give us a rough idea of what your availability/schedule is like.
