Algorithm or Code Writer

Coming up with a company name is now predominantly dependant on the domain names that are available. And anyone that's been through the process of finding a good name that's not taken, knows how hard this can be.

The current process means you have to come up with the name then type it in to one of the domain registry sites to see if it's available. Very quickly you realise almost everything catchy that you would want is taken and therefore this process is repeated over and over again.

A simpler and far more time efficient way would be to develop an algorithm that displays suitable domains that are available. The ideal way to do this would be to fill out certain fields (e.g. no more than x number of letters, no more than x number of syllables, only show me .com and .co domains available, other keywords etc.)

We need someone who can either (a) create an algorithm that a developer can turn into code, or (b) directly write desktop and app code that delivers the result we are looking for.
