Augmented reality project

I need the development of an Augmented reality project, that works in this way:

1) When i put any VHS cassette on the front of the webcam (with any key image) shows any video (on any webpage or something) that plays on loop any small video of any VHS player.

2) When i click over the VHS video, then starts any promotional video.

This is all the way for the work. I provide the two videos and the key image for the VHS cassette, you need to do all the rest.
