Convert VB.Net Data Form to Java eclipse

I have a vb.net project that I am converting to Java using eclipse. I have already written the program in vb.net and now I am trying to learn Java. I need someone to convert this data sheet to Java with the same ability that vb.net program has already. This is a small part of a larger project that I wrote a few year ago and I have broken out the part I need to convert. This program read,writes edits and updates one XML file. It uses five XML files for data input to keep the data constant. This is simple data base stuff and it easy for me in VB.net but I don't understand Java well enough to convert it. I am on a very tight budget so new programmer are welcome as long as you can get it done. The code must be in English and remarked enough for me to understand what your doing.
