Trans-coding Java webapp to HTML5 webapp

The original app was written in java. As most currently popular web browser dropped default support of java, we want the program to be transcoded to HTML5. If possible, make them as apps for ios and android.

Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
- Review business requirements working with us
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
- Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
Your qualifications:
- Programming language(s): HTML5
- Additional Skill(s): CSS, JavaScript
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
