We have created a sales page in PSD format. We need someone to convert it to HTML (text and images) and upload to our website. A Clickbank account has also been created - we need you to make sure the relevant 'thank you' page and clickbank buttons are added in, tested/working so we can start promoting the sales page.

We need this done within 48 hours of being awarded the project, and max $100 to be paid via [url removed, login to view] on completion/testing of the website.
